Why does it happen?
Although it may not be accurate, Bazecor thinks the keyboard has been turned off.
There are three main reasons why this happens:
- The chip has a fail-proof system that resets the Neuron in case something goes wrong and gets stuck. This “getting stuck and resetting” process is imperceptible by a person because it takes less than 1 ms. Still, Bazecor realizes and interprets that the keyboard has been disconnected - because it actually happens, only we can’t notice it.
- When the keyboard goes into deep sleep mode, Bazecor thinks it’s disconnected.
- When the user manually disconnects the Neuron from the computer. This also happens when you change between connectivity options (between wired, Bluetooth, or RF)
