Dygma models are compatible with HUBs and KVM switches. However, we’ve documented problems with them in the past.
They usually function, but during firmware updates, they can cause problems with energy management and result in a deficient firmware installation.
We recommend you connect the keyboard directly to the computer using the cables provided to perform any firmware installation and avoid problems. After the update, you should be able to use the keyboard connected through the switch.
Remember that the switch's energy settings are out of our control, and some devices can still present problems during usage. We’re working to improve it as much as possible, but for now, there’s a slight chance that the keyboard does not work as intended while connected through the Hub/ switch.
