The language output of your keyboard follows the language of your operating system. What you see in Bazecor is a graphical representation.
If your OS language and the one in Bazecor do not match, then what you have configured won't be what your Raise will output.
If your Operating System language is US English, but you would like to have the æøå characters in your layout, then those characters can only be accessed the way the English International layer does it.
In Windows, you can find these characters in the English international layout http://kbd-intl.narod.ru/images/us-intl.png
"AltGR z" or "Control Alt z"= "æ"
"AltGR l" or "Control Alt l" = "ø"
"AltGR w" or "Control Alt w" = "å"
The steps to assign the letter "æ" to a key using Bazecor would be:
- Assign a key the letter "z"
- On the bottom panel, select the checkboxes "Control" and "Alt"
- Hit save on the bottom right corner.
- Now the output of that key will be "æ"
In Mac:
Alt + ' (apostrophe) = æ
Alt + o = ø
Alt + a = å
The steps to assign the letter "æ" to a key using Bazecor would be:
- Assign a key the letter "o"
- On the bottom panel, select the checkbox "Alt"
- Hit save on the bottom right corner.
- Now the output of that key will be "ø"
