EU customers
If you're ordering within the European Union, you won't have to pay import taxes or customs; VAT is also included in the price.
US customers
Due to the uncertainty caused by the tariffs, we are shipping all orders with duties paid. That means you won't have to pay import taxes or customs when you receive the keyboard.
Rest of the world
For the rest of the world, Dygma is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order after purchase. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility. You'll need to check your local government's website to determine the fees you may need to pay.
If you decide not to pay the customs fees and would like to return your order, you must pay the shipping fees to return the keyboard to us. Those fees could be expensive since they involve moving the package back from different countries, so please consider this before ordering.
