There are two ways to configure your keyboard to work with Colemak, Dvorak or other alternative layouts.
Option 1: Install the desired Keyboard Layout in your OS
The first step is to install and select the keyboard layout you want as an input language on your operating system (OS).
This method will make your keyboard type according to that layout. However, there is one issue: Bazecor will still display your keyboard as having a standard QWERTY layout.
This occurs because the keycode each key sends remains the same; only how Windows interprets those keycodes is different. You can learn more about that in this video:
Option 2: Keep your input language and manually rearrange the keys in Bazecor.
Open Bazecor, go to the layout editor and reassign the keys following your desired layout. It shouldn't take but a few minutes. Here's a video on how to do it:
Once you have completed this, you will have a new layout on your keyboard, and Bazecor will accurately display that layout. Plus, you will have this layout available on any computer without installing anything; it's stored on your keyboard.
Here, you can find some of the most common alternative layouts, such as Colemak, Engram, and Dvorak, for the Dygma Defy and the Dygma Raise 2. You can install them on your keyboard by opening Bazecor, then Preferences, Backup, and Restore Backup from File.
