There’s an essential difference between shipping and import fees and taxes associated with the product.
Companies charge shipping fees to move the product from the distribution center to the user. Administrations charge import fees and taxes to import goods and services into their territory.
Shipping fees
All orders of above 99 USD have free shipping worldwide.
For orders under 99 USD, we charge 20 USD worldwide.
Import fees and taxes
We ship from different locations (Spain, USA, or China) depending on the destination, but EU and USA customers won't have to pay customs fees or import taxes regardless of where we ship from.
If you're ordering from the US, there are no import taxes or customs duties (that's due to US/ European Union regulations).
If you're ordering within the European Union, you won't have to pay import taxes or customs; VAT is also included in the price.
For the rest of the world, Dygma is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order after purchase. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility. You'll need to check your local government's website to figure out the fees you may need to pay.
Other countries may require additional fees and documentation from the customer for customs clearance.
If you decide not to pay the customs fees and would like to return your order, you must pay the shipping fees to return the keyboard to us. Those fees could be expensive since they involve moving the package back from different countries, so please consider this before ordering.
