Alternatively, you can go to https://dygma.com/apps/tracking and use your tracking number or email and order number to check the status.
You can also use your tracking number with third-party apps like 17track or Parcels
- If the tracking is not getting updates, don’t worry: there are some cases in which we need to wait until the local courier has the package, once it has arrived at the country of destination and has cleared customs, to see the updates.
- If you are from the USA, you may see something like this:
We usually work with two couriers: the first moves the package to the country of destination (the USA in your case), and the second moves the package through the country to your home, usually USPS. The tracking you have received by email is for the local courier, so it will be updated once the package reaches your country and has cleared customs.
If your tracking information is not showing at all (not even the courier’s name), please contact us at contact@dygma.com, referring to this issue with your order number.
If your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us, and we’ll provide a solution.
