If you want to change your address, the first advice is to be quick. Once the order has been shipped, we can’t change the address.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can change your delivery address in any of these ways:
- Login to your Dygma account here
- Select your order, and click "Update Shipping address."
- Alternatively, please send us an email at support@dygma.com with your new address.
Either way, please write to us at support@dygma.com so we can confirm that the change has been correctly processed.
If your package is already in transit, we won’t be able to redirect it. You will need to contact the courier with your tracking number to see if they can make the change.
