If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t yet received it, please try the following:
- Verify your order's shipping address and email address.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location. The package may have been delivered to a neighbor.
- Wait two business days. Sometimes, packages are prematurely marked delivered by the courier while they’re still in transit.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you still haven’t received your package after two business days.
Lost package
If you suspect your package has been lost, please contact us ASAP. Remember that we can only open an investigation with the courier once the package has been in transit for at least 25 days. Depending on each country and agent, packages sometimes take longer to clear customs.
If your package has been in transit for 25 days or more, please email us at support@dygma.com, letting us know your order number, tracking number, and the days you have waited for the package to arrive.
We will contact our shipping partners to find out what is happening. Depending on the result of the investigation, we can resend the package to you at no extra cost. Still, each case might differ since it depends on the courier rather than us.
