Sometimes, an iteration of Bazecor suffers an installation problem or has a bug. Normally, installing the new version from https://dygma.com/bazecor fixes the issue, but if it does not, the solution is to perform a clean install.
How to perform a clean install of Bazecor on Windows:
- Close Bazecor
- On the Start menu, look for "Add or remove programs." Open it.
- In the Apps & Features list, look for all apps named Bazecor (you may have more than one). Select them and click uninstall. Confirm uninstallation.
- Delete Bazecor folders in Windows:
- C:\Users\$YourUser$\AppData\Local\Programs\BAZECOR
- C:\Users\$YourUser$\AppData\Roaming\BAZECOR
- Re-install Bazecor's newest version. Download it at https://dygma.com/bazecor
How to perform a clean install of Bazecor on Mac:
- Close Bazecor
- Delete Bazecor folders in:
- Mac/Applications/BAZECOR
- Mac/Users/$YourUser$/Library/ApplicationSupport/BAZECOR
- Re-install Bazecor's newest version.
- Download it at https://dygma.com/bazecor
If the issue still persists after that, it might be related to firmware. In that case, we recommend re-flashing the keyboard.
