Dygma keyboards are compatible with most Hubs and KVM switches. However, we've documented some problems with them in the past.
Some KVMs and USB Hubs can cause problems during firmware updates, mode switching or charging. In some cases, the keyboard doesn't work on the keyboard port of the KVM (but works on other ports) or doesn't work at all.
We recommend you connect the keyboard directly to the computer when updating the firmware. After the update, you should be able to use the keyboard connected through the switch again.
Remember that the switch's energy settings are out of our control, and some devices can still present problems during usage. We're working to improve compatibility as much as possible, but there's a slight chance that the keyboard does not work precisely as intended (or not at all) while connected through a USB hub or KVM switch.
