There's a bug in the Defy v2.0 and Raise 2 v1.2 firmware that may appear when booting up the computer.
The BT pairing mode is sometimes accidentally triggered when the keyboard has power but no connection to the computer yet. This can also happen on wired-only keyboards.
This bug is fixed in the Defy v2.1 and Raise 2 v1.3 firmware, which you can update on Bazecor.
If you don't want to update your firmware, there are two workarounds:
- Press the yellow key once the computer is on the login screen
- Unplug the cables from both sides of the keyboard and plug them again
