If the keyboard works but you can't get a battery reading, please disconnect that side from the neuron, turn it off and leave it like that overnight.
If the keyboard is not charging, please try the different charging methods for the keyboard as explained here: https://support.dygma.com/hc/en-us/articles/15272957832477-How-to-charge-my-Dygma-keyboard-power-consumption-information
If the issue persists, it could caused by the cable that connects the battery not being properly attached.
Here are the steps to fix it:
- Turn the sides of the keyboard off.
- Remove the screws underneath the side that is not working.
- Open the base carefully. There's a white cable that connects the main PCB to the small wireless PCB.
- Check if there's any damage on the PCBs, like a burnt component.
- Disconnect the cable that goes from the battery to the small PCB.
- Reconnect it again.
